China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection Review

The new China Glaze Bohemian Luster Chrome Collection! When I saw the promo pictures of this, my heart skipped a beat. This collection is made up of DUOCHROMES! I don't know if the name "Luster Chrome" implies that they are duochromes, or simply have a chrome finish. I guess it doesn't really matter...Just look at these beautiful colors!
Unpredictable. A blue-toned green and gold duochrome. This is like a more blue toned version of Rare and Radiant. I really like this one.

Want my Bawdy. This is a really rich indigo with a subtle purple duochrome. The color shift in this one isn't as strong as the others, but it's still there.

Rare and Radiant. A green and gold duochrome. Looks like a Chanel Peridot/ OPI Just Spotted the Lizard/ Jessica Iridescent Eye dupe. I can think of a few other colors that would be close, but not exact dupes. I like colors like this, but this one really isn't that unique.

Swanky Silk. A champagne with a peachy pink duochrome. In pictures of this, I can make out a really subtle green shift, but it's very small and only in the right light. Looks like a dupe of Deborah Lippmann Sugar Daddy. This is a pretty one!

No Plain Jane. A purple with a pinkish-gold duchrome. Not the strongest color shift, but a nice color! Reminds me of Deborah Lippmann Private Dancer. It could be close to Nails Inc. Cheyne Walk from their Mirror Metallics, too.

Deviantly Daring. A teal with a blue duochrome. The blue hardly shows up on the nail, though.

The Big Picture
Pros: Amazing duochrome finishes. And I think the names are pretty cool, too! The formula on all of these were great.

Cons: At least three of the polishes in this have close cousins if not dupes, which disappointed me a little.

Overall, a nice collection! I love the duochrome finishes. If I had to pick up one from this collection, it would probably be Unpredictable. Really cool for fall!
